Coach Evan Pedersen incorporates drills and training concepts learned and used successfully during his playing career in the Big 10 at Northwestern University, and the Great Midwest at Saint Louis University.
Coach Pedersen will run the post player through a series of intense and technical drills to give him/her the fundamentals of post play.
